Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it : unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendgoat.com or via our Contact Us page. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@trendgoat.com with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Our support team will respond during business hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–5pm).
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Perishables (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.
