Estimated Delivery Times
We provide estimated delivery timeframes based on the information from our trusted suppliers. These timeframes are offered in good faith and are subject to change due to external factors such as customs delays or courier capacity.
Some made-to-order or large items may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product page for the most accurate information regarding delivery time and method.
Delivery Services
Depending on your order, we will use one of the following delivery methods:

Small Parcel Delivery
Delivered to your door or building entrance. Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch. In most cases, you do not need to be home to receive delivery. -
Large Parcel – Doorstep Delivery
Delivered to your door or front entrance of your apartment building. The carrier will notify you via SMS or email with a delivery time window. -
Large Parcel – Room of Choice
Where applicable and available, some products include room-of-choice delivery. Check the Delivery & Return tab on the product page for this option.
Contactless Deliveries
Our carriers may use contactless delivery protocols where items are left securely at your door. A photograph will be taken as proof of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and move large or heavy items into your home if necessary.
Tracking & Notifications
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated or your delivery is delayed, please allow 2 business days past the expected date before contacting us.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the UK mainland on all orders.
Note: At this time, we do not deliver to:
- The Republic of Ireland (temporarily suspended)
- The Channel Islands
- The Isle of Man
These exclusions apply regardless of order value. All delivery limitations are displayed at checkout.
